Prof. Akio Okamura of Kwansei Gakuin University said that the study tour focuses on exploring the role of higher education and human resource development in Vietnam's economic development. Given the growing demand for highly skilled human resources among Japanese companies operating in Vietnam, he noted the potential of HaUI as a training institution capable of providing graduates who meet the workforce requirements of Japanese businesses. This also creates opportunities to strengthen connections among education and training institutions, students, and the labor markets of Vietnam and Japan.
