The 3^rd meeting of HaUI-JICA project’s Joint Coordination Committee

On 19^th June 2015, the 3^rd meeting of HaUI-JICA project’s Joint Coordination Committee was chaired by Dr.Phuong Hoang Kim – Project Manager of HaUI-JICA project, Chairman of Department of Human Resource Development, MoIT.

The meeting was attended by all members of the committee who are from Ministries, departments, management agencies, Hanoi University of Industry. Especially, the meeting also welcomed Mrs. Yoko Tsuruya – the first Secretary of Japanese Ambassy in Vietnam, Mr. Mutsuya Mori – Representative in Chief of JICA Vietnam Office, Mr.Matsushita – Senior Counsellor of the project, Dr. Nguyen Hong Minh – Vice President of General Directorate of Vocational Training, Ministry of Labour, War Invalid and Social Affairs, Mr.Nguyen Duc Tho, President of Vocational College of Technology, Mr. Tran Viet Phu – Vice president of Ho Chi Minh Vocational College of Technology.

Dr. Tran Duc Quy – HaUI’s President, Director of HaUI-JICA project’s Joint Coordination Committee introduced about the project.

At the meeting, the Joint Coordination Committee’s members listened to the report on the whole schedule as well as complete works from December 2014 to May 2015, the plan for work in the period of June to November 2015, discussion on arising issues and changes in PDM design, models of training and fostering vocational teachers, comments from TTC and HVCT in the project operation.

Dr. Ha Xuan Quang – HaUI’s vice president introduced on the project output.

This meeting was sucessful with an agreement on approving the whole project schedule, acknowledging the achieved works and supporting for the plan and recommendations in the coming period.
