Hanoi University of Industry showcases science and technology products at the 2026 Industry and Trade exhibition
On April 17 in Hai Phong, Vietnam Industry and Trade Union launched Workers’ Month and the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health 2026, alongside a science and technology exhibition featuring innovative products from across the sector. The event aimed to promote innovation, enhance productivity, and reinforce the importance of safe and sustainable working environments.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, emphasized the significance of the program in strengthening the workforce and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the sector. He noted that such initiatives play a vital role in recognizing intellectual contributions and encouraging the pioneering spirit of workers in the context of ongoing industrial transformation.

Within the framework of the event, the exhibition space of Hanoi University of Industry attracted strong interest from government leaders and delegates. Deputy Minister Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan and Mr. Huynh Thanh Xuan, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, commended the technological depth and practical relevance of the University’s showcased products.
The exhibits reflected the University’s commitment to aligning education, research, and real world application. Featured technologies included a mechanical polishing machine and a range of environmentally oriented products such as biomass pellets, microbial organic fertilizers, smokeless compressed coal, and plant based essential oils.

On the same occasion, Mr. Hoang Tien Dat, Deputy Head of the Office of International Cooperation at Hanoi University of Industry, was awarded the Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Workers in the Industry and Trade Sector 2026. The award recognizes his notable contributions to professional excellence and innovation.
