Mr. Yokoyama, the Short-term Expert for Machining Center joined the Project

On 19 March 2012, Mr. Yuji Yokoyama, arrived at Hanoi as the short-term expert on machining center skill test.Mr. Yokoyama is an instructor in Hamamatsu Polytechnic College Japan and a member of skill test committee in Japan.During his term by 6 April, he will help the project sub working group members to refine the practical skill test and develop the assessment criteria and implementation guideline.The pilot skill test is planned in July or August, 2012.
