On the occasion of Vietnam Day of People with Disabilities (April 18), Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) held a meaningful gathering and presented 29 gifts to students with disabilities currently studying at the university. This activity not only reflects the university’s profound care for students with disabilities but also reaffirms HaUI’s strong commitment to building an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable educational environment.

On April 11-12, 2025, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) welcomed more than 1,000 teachers, parents, and students from Nguyen Cong Tru High School (Nam Dinh) and Lac Long Quan High School (Soc Son, Hanoi) to visit and explore the campus.

On March 30, 2025, the School of Languages and Tourism (SLT), Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), successfully organized the international conference titled "Teaching and Researching Japanese Linguistics and Japan Studies in Higher Education: Practices, Challenges, and Innovations." The event brought together domestic and international experts and scholars, both onsite and online, to present and discuss cutting-edge research and educational practices.

On March 29, 2025, the School of Languages and Tourism (SLT) at Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) successfully organized the 2nd International Conference on Tourism Innovation and Management (ICTIM 2025) under the theme “Emerging Trends in Tourism: Pathways to a Sustainable Future.” The conference brought together leading experts in the field of tourism to exchange insights, share experiences, and contribute to shaping a sustainable future for global tourism development.

On the morning of March 25, 2025, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) hosted an extensive training session focused on the international VEPT English examination and the assessment of English language proficiency for the lecturers. This initiative constitutes a pivotal component of HaUI’s comprehensive program to enhance the linguistic competencies of its lecturers, particularly those engaged in teaching undergraduate courses in English. This endeavor is fully aligned with the university’s strategic development plan for 2021–2025 and its vision for 2030, which seeks to achieve successful internationalization and to firmly establish HaUI on the global educational map.

On March 22, 2025, School of Foreign Languages and Tourism under Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) hosted the international conference titled "Functional Linguistics and Multimodality." Given the university’s ongoing development of an applied linguistics undergraduate program and its strategic direction toward offering master's and doctoral degrees in applied linguistics, this conference was convened to provide a forum for scholars, researchers, and lecturers to exchange insights, share pioneering research findings, and engage in discussions on both theoretical and applied aspects of functional linguistics, with a particular focus on multimodal texts and discourse. Furthermore, the event served as an opportunity to enhance HaUI’s reputation as a dynamic and professional institution committed to evolving into a multidisciplinary applied research university with global integration.

On the morning of March 21, the Information and Library Center of Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) launched a Reading Movement and the third Library Writing Contest. Nearly 200 freshmen gathered at Hall C19, Ha Nam campus, to participate in the event, showing their enthusiasm for the initiative.
