JICA short term expert of FPGA field worked at HaUI-JICA project

In the morning of 3^rd Sept. 2014, Mr. Yasuhiro Narahara was dispatched to work at HaUI-JICA project as a short term expert of JICA from 3^rd Sept. 2014 to 19 Sept. 2014.

Dr. Tran Duc Quy – HaUI Rector, Director of Project Management Unit, Dr. Ha Xuan Quang, HaUI Vice Rector and representatives of working group member, coordination group, JICA expert team warmly welcomed Mr Yasuhiro Narahara.

On behalf of HaUI, Mr. Tran Duc Quy expressed his happiness of receiving JICA short term expert in order to help counterpart improve skills and knowledge. He hopes that Mr. Yasuhiro Narahara could learn about Vietnamese’s culture within three working weeks at project also.

Mr. Yasuhiro Narahara is a vocational trainer of Faculty of Energy Control Technology and Electric System, Tokai Technology College.

His duty is to transfer FPGA technology for 12 partners of HaUI and TTC. This activity is under Output 2 which plays an important role in developing new TOT course of the project. Besides 6 TOT courses in 2014, HaUI-JICA project plans to organize 3 more new TOT courses in 2015 including FPGA.

In 18^th Sept., 2014, Mr. Yasuhiro Narahara will report his working result to representatives of Project Management Unit and Working Group.
