The official signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) and the Korea Smart Manufacturing Promotion Agency (KOSMO) for the $8.3 million Smart Factory project is scheduled for January 2026. On the afternoon of October 29, Hanoi University of Industry organized the scientific conference entitled “Developing the strategy of Hanoi University of Industry and university ranking for the 2026–2030 period with a vision to 2035.” The conference was attended by members of the University leadership and management staff, serving as an internal academic and administrative forum to review the development context, shape a strategic framework, and establish a solid foundation for the next phase of development of Hanoi University of Industry.

On October 28, 2025, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) warmly welcomed a delegation from Guangxi University of Science and Technology (GXUST), China.
