HaUI Lecturers Received Basic Training on New Mori Seiki Machining Centers

On 4-7 September 2012, 7 HaUI lecturers (Mr. Thom, Mr. Cat, Mr. Duc, Mr. Luong, Mr. Dung, Mr. Quang, Mr. The Anh) who are the core members of the pilot skill test participated in the four-day training on basic operation of Mori Seiki’s machining centers (NVX-5060), which the Project provided for HaUI, foreseeing that HaUI will be a national skill test center on CNC machine operation in the near future.

The participants learned the basics for operating Mori Seiki machining centers and difference from existing machines.They also adjusted the programs for pilot skill test with technical advice from a trainer from Mori Seiki.

Assigned HaUI lecturers will continue to practice operation of machines, based on what they learned in this training.In addition, some of the participants are planning to attend the advanced training course in Mori Seiki’s training center in Mie, Japan around the mid October 2012, in order to improve their knowledge and skills further.
