5S Lecture for Administration Department Provided

On 21 December 2011, Mr. Junichi Mori, JICA Expert, provided the basic 5S lecture for about 16 staffs of the Administration Department and representative of Hoan My Company, cleaning service provider.

After Mr. Mori explained about the basic 5S concept, participants had a discussion on the action plan for 5S in common places in HaUI. Some proposed ideas such as assigning responsible faculty/center/department for each common place; retraining cleaners; improving toilet system. Some members propose HaUI should issue their own 5S regulation. After the 5S lecture and discussion, Administration Department will develop detail action plan in consultation with 5S Committee and WG member to improve 5S implementation at common places in HaUI.
