Ebara Corp Provided the Seminar on Failure Diagnosis of Water Pump

On 12-13 September 2012, Ebara Corporation and HaUI jointly organized two-day seminar on “Failure Diagnosis of Water Pump: Up-to-date Methods of Vibration and Noise Analysis”.

This is the second seminar organized in HaUI after the first one in September 2011. 29 people, who are HaUI lecturers and representatives from water resource management companies, participated in the seminar. Ebara sent three experts, Mr. Yamagishi, Ms. Sugiyama and Mr. Ishiwata as lecturers. On the first day, participants joined the seminar in HaUI which covers maintenance management of pump and vibration and acoustical technology. On the second day, they went to Ebara Hai Duong, a factory of water pumps and practice what they learned in the lecture. The seminar provided useful contents for advanced mechanical maintenance courses, which HaUI is planning to develop in the future based on outputs of the Project.
